Andrew Steele Named Urban’s Top-Performing Sales Agent

Our very own Andrew Steele has been recognised by Urban as their top performing sales agent nationally in January 2020 for his work at Yarraville Place. We are very proud to share that Andrew has beaten out thousands of agents who use the Urban platform.

To celebrate this achievement, Urban invited Andrew to share his top tips for property seekers where he stresses the importance of thorough due diligence.

During the conversation with Urban’s CEO, Mike Bird, Andrew suggests that purchasers should reflect on their current living situation and ask themselves the following questions:

What do you like about where you’re currently living?

What don’t you like about where you’re living?

Where do you want to see yourself?

What’s important to you in a home?

Throughout the interview, Andrew also discusses the importance of understanding the fixtures & fittings offered and whether what is shown in the display suite are the standard specification or upgrade options.
